If you can print a document you can print it to Spindle. Spindle can read special code, that we will place in your documents, to decide how to distribute the document. This can include any combination of e-mail, fax, paper copies and archiving as a pdf.
Document cascading rules allow you to use the cheapest method available for a given contact. If no e-mail address is known for a customer, Spindle will revert to using fax or paper distribution.
